Description The University of Washington Bothell School of Educational Studies (SES) invites applications for Lecturer Part Time Temporary positions for any prospective openings in all quarters of instructional years . Faculty appointments are on a 3, 6, or 9 month appointment, are temporary, and are non-tenure track positions. All appointments are contingent upon available funding and School faculty and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs approval. Part time faculty may teach in the undergraduate and graduate degree curricula and across any of our School programs : Bachelor of Arts in Developmental & Youth Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies (with or without the Elementary Teacher Certification option), K-8 Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Certificate programs and/or Master of Education (M.Ed.). In addition to a strong focus in teacher preparation, other areas of specialization covered in our programs include: Human Growth and Development Processes, Early Literacy, Elementary Mathematics, English to Speakers of Other Languages, Multicultural Education, and Special Education.
