Job Purpose: BTIG seeks a Managing Director to lead and grow the Healthcare Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) franchise within the Investment Banking platform. This senior role is responsible for originating and executing equity financing transactions across the healthcare sector, delivering strategic capital markets advice to corporate clients, and deepening relationships with institutional investors. The ideal candidate is a proven revenue producer with strong market judgment, executive-level presence, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
