Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports. - Experience working in a scaled network operations environment. - Experience with ITIL processes. - Experience in network technologies. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience or exposure of process automation particularly in relation to network operational support. - Knowledge of service delivery models.
