Responsibilities: - Prepare and test letters; test sample with business operation prior to production; begin letter production after testing. - Act as liaison for business areas to develop new letters and address letter production issues. - Work with business areas and/or print vendors on letter production issues. - Provide weekly status report and month-end accomplishments on pending letters to manager. - Create and maintain letter library with version control on the SharePoint site and Messagepoint, including a redacted version of all active letters. - Review/audit print vendor invoices prior to submitting to manager. - Review daily le...
