Conversion Coordinator Department: Conversions: Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Full Time: Wage: $15.75 + Performance Tiers: Overview: Come be a part of a team that helps specialists in the Onboarding and Dispositions Teams. Conversion Coordinators assist specialists (Owner Conversion, New Construction, Management Change, as well as Disposition Specialists) with maintaining their properties by working with utility providers to make sure that the correct information is gathered and provided, and that properties are set up correctly within our systems. The Coordinator position is a great opportunity to build your knowledge base of the Onboarding Department and will provide you with many advancement opportunities. The main proprietary programs that we use on a day-to-day basis are System Health, Launch, and Yoda.
