This role involves understanding customer wants and needs, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and delivering complete satisfaction with your guests and team members involved. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, with self-confidence, and creativity. Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Follow the sales pledge and process with all guests. Utilizes CRM to maximize sales opportunities and record accurate guest information. Attends product and sales training courses or demonstrations as request by sales manager. Keeps up to date on new vehicle products and services within the automotive industry.
