Position Number: 22091668 Location: Withrow Springs State Park -PT58 County: Madison: Anticipated Starting Salary: $12.51 per hour Primary Responsibility Front Desk Clerk (Extra Help or Part-Time at pay rate of $12.51 per hour) at Withrow Springs State Park (Huntsville, AR) This position is responsible for guest relations at the Visitor Center. Primary duties include greeting guests, answering the phone, making reservations, selling items, stocking items, and general cleaning around the Visitor Center. The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism has three major divisions: Arkansas State Parks, Arkansas Heritage and Arkansas Tourism. Arkansas State Parks manages 52 state parks and promotes Arkansas as a tourist destination for people around the country. Arkansas Heritage preserves and promotes Arkansas’s natural and cultural history and heritage through four historic museums and four cultural preservation agencies. Arkansas Tourism improves the state’s economy by generating travel and enhancing the image of the state.
