Company Description The Kids Pastor is responsible for building a team that leads and executes CCV Kids ministry by inspiring others to serve in CCV Kids. The Kids Pastor will also focus on recruiting and leading volunteers and connecting with families. Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Build a CCV Kids ministry team Maintain a positive CCV Kids environment to establish excellence in the ministry - Ensure leaders and rooms are set up and ready to serve on the weekends - Help ensure the overall operations of the weekend is meeting all expectations - Oversee volunteer onboarding and training, including appropriate placement of volunteers - Identify people and bring them into the ministry, following all protocol required to ensure safety and appropriate training explained in our on boarding procedure. - Be with people. For example, going to schools and having 1:1’s with volunteers/coaches. - Connect with families who are new to the Church and families that already attend the Church - Cast vision to parents regarding the resources that are available for them to lead their kids in biblical conversation and challenges at home. - Ensure “CCV Kids How To Win” is at optimal level -...
