Production Team Leader

JOB SUMMARY: The Production Team Leader position will be in our Wichita Falls, Texas facility and will support manufacturing through production control, problem solving initiatives, and assume an indirect responsibility for product throughput partnering with the department supervisor. This involves the leadership of hourly employees in the department cultivating desired outcomes in terms of safety, quality, process integrity, team assignments, related administrative work and other assigned tasks designed with a keen eye on minimizing production bottlenecks and anticipating production needs. Candidate will train on C shift (days), then move to D shift (nights).
