Job Location: Hershey, PA Travel Expectation: More than 50% Summary: The successful staff engineer – project manager (PM) illustrates their experience initiating and executing complex capital projects, from development through close-out. Although mentored and guided by the senior manager of Capital Engineering, this staff engineer knows the importance of delivering a capital plan on time and within budget. With experience in all aspects of running a capital project and managing a team of engineers, the PM is confident promoting and implementing the best use of technology. Experience has made them agile in developing solutions to complex engineering problems to meet the company's current and future business needs. In their work, the successful PM displays a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail. They are a model leader and provide clear instruction to engineers, plant staff, technical resources, contractors and others within the supply chain.
