Training Content Specialist

Job description

The Training Content Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing employee development across departments. Additional duties include assisting with content development, editing, and coordination tasks as assigned by training leadership. Education: High School Diploma is required. Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Requirements: - This position collaborates with training leaders and subject matter experts to create high-impact content that aligns with instructional design principles and organizational standards.
