Director, Revenue Performance

Job description

The Director, Revenue Performance will own the enterprise revenue strategy and portfolio performance trends and insights for the Luxury, Lifestyle and Managed hotel portfolio in AMER. This role serves as the champion of all IHG Revenue Management ways of working, tools, and systems for the managed hotel estate. The Director will take a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities to optimize revenue generation and enhance the effectiveness of IHG’s revenue platforms. This position is supported by the Revenue Enablement team and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class revenue performance. The Director will drive the development, implementation and operation of both strategic and tactical programs designed to enhance revenue management services penetration and deliver significant competitive advantage for the Company. Incumbent will be responsible for the performance and business trend analysis, process evaluation, budgeting, field-level training, and deployment of Company resources to achieve strategic objectives.
