Fraud Investigations Officer

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Fraud Investigations Officers to join our team! This position will manage customer fraud investigation cases, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations, minimizing loss exposure to the Bank and the Bank’s customers. As part of this role, you will: - Administer and ensure compliance of all segments of the institution's Security Program and its supporting policies, standards, guidelines and procedures, sharing areas of improvement whenever noted. - Prepare and submit Security Program/Fraud report statistics to Director of Bank Protection at least quarterly. - Serve as contact for fraud-related questions and work with Regional Presidents, Market Leaders, Banking Center Management, and Commercial Team members on matters that impact their line of authority.
