Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for our Late-Night location with demonstrated leadership ability in Daytona Beach, FL , based at prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University . The successful candidate demonstrates high energy, an eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the operation for a high-volume Late-Night food court. You should demonstrate knowledge of food safety protocol, quality standards and strong organizational skills. You will focus on guest satisfaction, labor management, recruitment and development of staff, food ordering and menu management systems, while driving revenue through marketing initiatives. Through strong interpersonal skills, you will develop and maintain client relationships and guest loyalty. You will leverage systems to proactively seek out feedback to meet and exceed expectations, as a manager who is always looking to evolve and improve upon the existing program.
