Overview: Golden Key Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead a large-scale Human Resource Management (HRM) support program supporting federal government operations. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Government and will be responsible for the overall technical, financial, and contractual performance of the contract.
