This role is for experienced chassis and trailer technicians who want to give something back to the trade that built them. You’ll stay hands on, stay relevant, and stay connected to the work—while helping shape safer, better prepared technicians entering the industry. Instead of grinding through another decade of wear and tear, you’ll invest your experience where it matters most: training the next generation. Schedule & Travel: - Monday–Friday workweek - Houston primary location - Up to 50% regional travel between training locations What You’ll Do: - Teach hands-on chassis and trailer repair in a real shop/lab environment - Model what “good work” looks like—troubleshooting, maintenance, and safe practices - Instruct students on core systems including: air brake systems, trailer and chassis electrical, suspension and wheel-end components - Coach students through real tasks and help them build confidence and discipline - Provide clear feedback and track skill development - Main...
