Job description

Responsibilities: - Create and maintain databases - Develop and implement processes for data entry, data formatting, report archiving - Translate business requirements into data queries, report generations, and charts - Generate and manage reports, perform data analysis including identifying trends, and provide recommendations. - Support management in developing and testing project implementations and system enhancements - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting logs, document Imaging, and letter generation - Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to identify and resolve issues - Audit reports from internal and external systems for accuracy of content and compliance with departmental policies and procedures - Assist Management with development of process improvement tools and staff training; support staff by resolving escalated issues - Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Health Care Analytics, or a related field required - Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing relational databases to include database management and data analysis - Experience working in the...
