515 N 51st Ave Phoenix Arizona, 85043, +1 (602) 5138420 Starting Pay :$22.00 Hourly: Position Description: Assists with the implementation of circular textile initiatives, including pilot projects, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Works cross-functionally to support strategies that reduce textile waste, increase reuse and recycling rates, and contribute to measurable sustainability outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Cross-trained in textile grading and shadows in other departments within the aftermarket and sustainability divisions to enhance knowledge and provide versatile support. - Works directly with the Textile Manager on special projects and pilot programs to advance sustainability initiatives. - Assists with operational pilot programs to help test and refine textile circularity solutions. - Supports the execution of department operations plans to help achieve targeted growth in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for revenue, production, and diversion. - Collaborates and effectively communicates with various GCNA divisions to ensure customer, Team Member, and ope...
