Keep things organised and moving so every deal stays on track. Sales admin at AVIA isn’t about inbox management or basic coordination. It’s where deals are kept moving, errors are caught early and the pipeline stays clean from enquiry through to contract. It’s about running a system that ensures every deal progresses accurately, on time and without friction. We’re looking for two Sales Administrators to join our Sales Operations team and be the execution layer that keeps everything flowing. You’ll sit at the centre of sales, estimating and drafting, making sure no deal stalls and no detail slips.
