Description The Assistant/Associate Director for Technology and Student Life Data Analytics serves as the primary architect for data integrity, systems management, and assessment reporting within the Gateway Career Center. While centrally embedded in the Career Center, this role serves as a divisional resource, providing data analytics, assessment support, and technical insights for the entire Division of Student Life. The Assistant/Associate Director bridges the gap between student engagement and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that both the Career Center and divisional partners can measure impact, identify trends, and optimize the student experience through technology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Career Center Data & Outcomes (Primary Focus) 2. Divisional Assessment & Data Analytics (Spoke Services) 3.
