Description The Department of Pharmacology at Case Western Reserve University invites applications for an open-rank tenure or tenure-track faculty position. The search seeks to identify outstanding applicants with expertise in innovative chemical biology techniques to advance mechanistic understanding of disease and develop new therapeutic and diagnostic tools. The appraoches may include chemoproteomics, the design and development of novel chemical probes, synthetic medicinal chemistry. protein engineering, and advanced computational methods. The candidate's research area will align with the department's existing strengths in molecular oncology, visual sciences, infectious diseases, cellular signaling, and neurological disorders.
