Quality Assurance Manager

Job description

The QA Manager will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System at the Haznedar-Durer plant, in full alignment with Calderys EMEA standards and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The role ensures compliance with customer and regulatory expectations, coordinates audits, manages documentation, and drives corrective/preventive actions. The QA Manager will also ensure that quality-related data and progress are consistently updated in the EMEA-wide global action plan. This position requires strong technical expertise, structured problem-solving, and the ability to lead quality initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the plant. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS): - Maintain and update the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and corporate requirements. - Ensure integration of QMS with day-to-day plant operations and business processes. - Own and update quality documentation (manuals, procedures, instructions, forms).
