Description Job Description – Senior Project Manager Job Title: Senior Project Manager: Department/Business Unit: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Salary: Based on Merit Purpose of Job: The Senior Project Manager provides overall management direction for complex electrical construction projects and supports the development of new business opportunities with clients, client groups, geographic markets, and project types, typically within healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and rail. Primary Responsibilities: - Provide primary project leadership for assigned projects in partnership with the designated project superintendent. - Evaluate project scope, plan and organize project execution, and coordinate staffing of key project positions with regional department heads, subordinate project managers, general superintendents, and other project leadership. - Analyze project alternatives, including material specifications and preliminary construction methods, to determine optimal construction techniques. - Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within GNS corporate policy. - Initiate and maintain relationships with c...
