Structural Designer Location: Appleton, WI, Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI (Hybrid) Company: The Boldt Company – Boldt Design Anticipated Salary Range: $50,120- $62,273 At Boldt, we build more than complex projects—we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact. As a Structural Designer, you’ll work closely with structural engineers, architects, and builders to create thoughtful, buildable structural designs that directly support the success of our projects. From early concept through construction, you’ll produce design documents, drawings, and details for design/build, self-perform, and construction management work, including preliminary structural concepts, member sizing, and loading. In this role, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, develop Revit models and drawings, maintain working documents, shop drawings, and as-builts, support Scan-to-BIM efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and quality practices.
