Cactus Imaging is the leading Grand Format printing company in Australia and is internationally recognised as one of the world’s leading digital printers. We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional with experience to join the team. In this dual AP/AR role, you will play a key part in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the accurate maintenance of financial records and the timely processing of transactions. About the Role: Accounts Payable (AP): - Process supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes. - Manage weekly payment runs. - Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records, including invoice tracking and filing. - Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to efficiently resolve invoice and payment queries. - Assist with month-end reporting and provide ad hoc accounting support as required.
