Join Volare Health as a Weekend Physical Therapist, supporting three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a difference through evaluations and patient care. Schedule: - Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays - Flexible hours based on facility needs - Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts if desired What You'll Do: - Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes - Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing - Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving What We’re Looking For: Physical Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals Compl...
