Job Description: The New Markets & Historic Tax Credit Asset Manager is responsible for management and monitoring of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and equity investments to ensure benefit delivery to investors and while maintaining superior customer service for external clients. Maintains and expands relationships with partners, borrowers, and other external parties associated with assigned portfolio.
