THE OPPORTUNITY As a Software Engineer on the API & Integrations team, you’ll leverage your expertise to design and build Lever’s APIs Partner Ecosystem. You’ll work collaboratively with product managers and designers to drive the implementation and release of major features, and be a champion of best practices for writing well-tested, well-organized code. You’ll become familiar with all parts of our stack from end to end. You’ll design and implement your features to be scalable and resilient. That might include challenges like the complexities of a real-time, single-page web application, scaling backend services under high load, and developing search algorithms to enable unique features.
