The Mailing & Fulfillment Operator position is a Full time, Temporary position. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Verify that processed mail meets established postal service parameters and quality standards. - Read and interpret documents to process PAVE mail, insert, fold, and merge letters and envelopes. - Apply postage using TABS (glue) and LABELS (handwritten addresses). - Operate the card inserting machine efficiently to ensure timely production. - Weigh correspondence to estimate mailing requirements. - Prepare mail information cards for placement in address trays. - Verify address formatting and classify letters according to postal codes. - Ensure correct information is printed before placing cards on the production line. - Extract cards manually or mechanically and verify tray contents for accuracy. - Support sorting machine technicians in case of malfunctions. - Conduct inventory checks in warehouse and production areas to ensure material availability. - Report any operational errors or issues to the Group Leader. -...
