General Ledger / Reporting Senior Associate Your Tasks & Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of outcomes within your country cluster as an empowered squad member. - Record, verify, and execute tasks of moderate complexity according to process guidelines. - Perform internal controls, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Update and create documentation as needed; monitor KPIs and take appropriate action. - Actively participate in relevant meetings (PG call with GEH, GL/Rep process meeting) and collaborate closely with your team. - Provide back-up support for other GBS Finance team members. - Proactively en...
