Job Summary To manage internal and external environmental affairs for the corporation in a manner which promotes regulatory compliance, limits regulatory burdens, maximizes operational flexibility, and strives for economical environmental solutions. Work Environment - Interaction and communications with the Director of Environmental Affairs take place on an as needed basis. Communications with field management is frequent and on an as needed basis. The position acts primarily as a support function to the field. The focus of the function is regulatory guidance and technical support. Certain decisions are made independent of the Director. Business Environment - The position requires managing information and tasks of a very technical and complex nature. The position demands that the incumbent have or develop a strong familiarity with all collection, transport, and processing facets of the business.
