Job Description: *German version below* About the role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Engineer (f/m/x) to join the Platform Management function and play a key role in improving operational governance, platform reliability, and database service management across the enterprise. This role is designed as a hybrid technical and platform management position, with an approximate 60:40 focus in favour of platform management and governance activities, while retaining hands-on Oracle engineering responsibilities where deep technical expertise is required. The successful candidate will act as a technical authority within the platform team, helping shape standards, improve governance processes, enhance operational maturity, and support strategic database platform initiatives. The role requires a strong Oracle engineering background combined with the ability to influence process improvement, service management, compliance, and operational best practice.
