What You Will Do: - Lead strategic sales and business development initiatives to accelerate Oracle EPM market expansion and revenue growth. - Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long-term business outcomes. - Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and key decision-makers across enterprise organizations. - Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for high-value customer engagements and transformational initiatives. - Drive complex enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Value Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams. - Mentor and influence team members through leadership, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice execution. - Champion the “Why Oracle” story by articulating the differentiated value of Oracle’s unified, multi-pillar cloud strategy. - Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to influence go-to-market strategy and pipeline development. - Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable business i...
