Overview Role Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of customer software implementations within the Professional Services organization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving high customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination between customers, sales, product, and delivery teams—ensuring alignment, proactive risk management, and execution excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
