Job Description Senior Training Consultant Full time/permanent: Competitive salary plus enhanced overtime: We are looking for an experienced Senior Training Consultant to lead the design, delivery and management of high quality marine oil spill response and inland spill awareness training across the UK. This senior, client facing role requires strong spill response expertise, excellent presentation skills and the confidence to train a wide range of audiences, from operational teams to Harbour Masters and CEOs. You will oversee the full training cycle design, planning, administration, delivery, evaluation and accreditation, while ensuring an outstanding client experience and full compliance with accreditation standards. The role also supports incident management exercises, contingency planning and post exercise reporting. This is a home based position with regular nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays, with non travel days spent working from your nearest depot.
