What You’ll Do: The Executive Administrator Risk provides administrative support to the First Vice President of Enterprise Risk & Third-Party Risk Management and the areas that report into the FVP including their direct and indirect reports. This position regularly handles confidential and sensitive information and plays an important role in ensuring the proper functioning of the overall administration which include but are not limited to Risk Management’s Board, Exam, and Audit preparation and minutes, managing travel, invoices and expenses for the team, calendar and meeting coordination. Provides coordination of efforts and research for priority projects. Confidentiality, tact, and integrity are essential in this role. Exceptional work ethics and organizational skills are essential.
