Description Full Time Evening Cleaning Position Available in South Bend, IN The Robotic Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the on-site cleaning robots and working alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Learn more about our robotics division: https://www.bbmaint.com/robotics.html Schedule: Monday - Friday. 5pm - 1:30am - Manage the robotic operations on site - this position is responsible for operating 3 units at nearby buildings (easy walking distance) - Perform routine maintenance & inspections on cleaning robots. - Ensure any and all robotic operators are trained correctly & assist operators with troubleshooting as needed. - Report any issues with the cleaning robots, as well as any safety issues. - Work alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks. - Present a professional and positive attitude with clients, employees, and office personnel with direct contact, emails, text and phone calls. - Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Be respectful of all B and B Maintenance and client owned property. - Grow with the company as a utility employee, wear...
