Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Industrial Operations) We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The position follows a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts) and includes rotating Saturday mornings. What You’ll Do: In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to keeping our industrial laundry operations running smoothly. You’ll maintain and service key equipment—including washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, boilers, and air compressors. Using your knowledge of preventative maintenance and advanced troubleshooting, you’ll help reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure our facility operates at peak performance. - Conduct preventive maintenance on all plant equipment. - Uphold equipment standards following manufacturer and company guidelines. - Engage in expansion, renovation, and cost-saving projects as needed. - Showcase advanced troubleshooting skills and mentor lower-level techs. - Operate comfortably with electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic schematics. - Demonstrate proficiency in electronic and elect...
