About the role Up to £60,000 per annum. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the management, maintenance and safety of all Group properties and grounds. You will ensure that all facilities operate efficiently, safely and to the highest standards, providing an excellent working and visitor environment across a diverse portfolio of sites. This is a senior, hands on role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to facilities and health & safety management. What you’ll be doing: As Facilities Manager, you will have responsibility for facilities operations across: Mill Farm Sports Village Kellamergh Park (Training Ground): Dock Road (Private Office): The Villa, Wrea Green: Cark Manor & Aynsome Manor, Cartmel Chairman’s private properties on the Fylde Coast Key responsibilities include: Facilities & utilities management Working closely with site managers to ensure maximum operational efficiency Managing utilities usage, maintaining meter data and driving cost‑reduction initiatives Negotiating supplier contracts with the Group Finance Director and presenting recommendations for approval Bu...
