We’re on the lookout for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Engineering team at our office in Berlin. Join us in building the largest AI-enabled fintech for healthcare! You will be joining our Integrations team, which focuses on connecting Nelly’s highly innovative AI agents and automation workflows with various Practice Management Systems (PMS). PMS are essentially the ERP systems of the healthcare industry. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of highly skilled Rust engineers and ensuring your team delivers outstanding results in both technology and business outcomes.
