Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned cases - Handle all tasks associated with document production and distribution for attorneys - Research medical and legal literature - Locate and interview medical experts - Serve as a liaison between law firms, medical experts and other parties - Prepare medical record chronologies, charts, diagrams, expert witness reports and timelines for use in formulating medical-legal case theories - Contact Clients and opposing firms regarding examinations under oath and court calendar matters - Acts as court liaison between judges, court adm...
