Job Title: Doctrine Writer Job Location: Virginia Beach, VA: Salary: Competitive, Depends on Qualifications: Clearance: Secret: Travel: TBD: Purpose: Training Detachments (TRADET) are responsible for managing and conducting training during the customers Inter-deployment Training Cycle (IDTC) and support personnel are required to acquire and maintain basic operational skills, which enable them to complete and survive their missions on the water and over land under duress in high threat environments throughout the world’s greater littoral and riverine areas of operations. Requirements: General - - Individual will assist in the design, development, management and modernization of existing and next generation operational and organizational structural doctrine designed to synchronize capability. Contractor will work closely with subject matter experts throughout military, industry and academia to document tactics, techniques, procedures, standard operating procedures, define organizational/institutional training structure/processes and best practices. - Expected to actively participate in training working groups and manage a training doctrine library that supports O5 level operational c...
