Works under the supervision of the Museum Director. Supervision is exercised in conjunction with the Administrative Coordinator over Facilities Technicians, temporary and seasonal employees, volunteers, and community services workers working in the building. Assists the Administrative Coordinator with rental reservations, deposits, and other administrative tasks, including fulfilling these tasks when the Administrative Coordinator is not available.
