Position Summary... What you'll do... Manager, Communications & Engagement The Manager, Communications & Engagement is part of the Customer Engagement Services (CES) Communications & Engagement Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication and engagement plans that connect CES priorities to Walmart’s broader business strategy and drive measurable impact across internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Engagement, this role works across CES and enterprise teams to plan and deliver communications that keep people informed, drive engagement and support the business — while maintaining clear, consistent messaging across channels. About the CES Communications & Engagement Team We keep more than 3,000 CES associates across the U.S. and India informed, engaged and inspired. Our team builds and maintains communication channels, manages the CES editorial calendar, and defines our internal audiences to ensure messaging is relevant.
