Responsibilities: The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the company’s leased real estate portfolio. - Track expiration and notice dates in lease portfolio; submit reports to supervisor - Abstract all lease documents into the CoStar system - lease and financial data - Reconcile invoices for leases; process rent export; establish rent vendors in Oracle - Establish and terminate third party utility accounts; work with AP to maintain payments - Procure corporate housing leases when required; establish lease and payments - Resolve proper...
