Job Summary We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst to join our Resolute Revenue Cycle Billing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving healthcare through technology and collaboration. Under minimal supervision, assists in responding to requests from users for new or modified systems. As a critical liaison between clinical and business operations, this role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Epic applications to improve patient care, streamline workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures for single departmental changes, define system requirements, and determine programming and/or application functional requirements. Creates technical and procedural designs for new or revised applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. Assists in the documentation to describe application changes for program development and corrections.
