The Role: We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Operations professional to support the organization in the following areas: technology-enabled legal operations, including ITHAKA’s Contract Lifecycle Management System (Conga Contracts, currently migrating to Contracts for Salesforce); e-signature system (DocuSign); legal matter management system (Jira); user support for systems via Slack and other innovative training materials; assistance with corporate compliance matters, filings, research, and special projects. The Legal Operations Specialist will report directly to the Senior Legal Operations Manager.
