Ready to bring your best? - CIP the RO, Separator, Whey UF, and the polisher. - Clean CIP rooms. - Clean outside of Whey plant as necessary. - Inspect the CIP filters and document. - Complete pre-operational inspections and document. - Maintain clean CIP tanks. Visually inspect them daily and clean as needed. - Check chemical strengths with kits; responsible for completion of all associated documentation. - Assist other employees from all departments in cleaning when needed throughout the facility. - Lift and move 55-gallon containers of chemicals. - Check water filters weekly and replace as necessary. - Monitor CIP equipment and chemicals. - Visually check equipment after CIP. - Perform various plant sanitation duties as needed. - Need to obtain forklift certification within 15 days. - Break down and clean equipment and pumps. - Change seals, and gaskets on all equipment and lines. - Perform housekeeping d...
