Job Type Full-time Description: As a Hull Foreman at Master Boat Builders, you will oversee and coordinate shipyard activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Project Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate vessel construction, repair, and maintenance projects. Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of shipyard workers, including welders, fabricators, fitters, and painters. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and quality workmanship.
