Senior Manager Collections Strategy Do work that matters: Our goal is to design and evolve collections strategies that support customers through periods of financial difficulty, enabling better long‑term outcomes while balancing responsible portfolio performance. This role sits within the Collections Strategy team, a key part of the Collections Excellence Crew, responsible for shaping and executing credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle and all retail products. The Collections Strategy team plays a critical role in transforming how we engage with customers in arrears, using data, analytics, to drive better outcomes for customers and the bank. With a focus on innovation supported by use of AI and operational efficiency, this team is leading the shift from traditional collections to a future-fit, technology-enabled model.
